These terms describe the use of https://modellegacy.app, the Model Legacy company website, a brand of Model Legacy M&L SAS. We present our software work, our own products in development and a channel for inquiries from Argentina and abroad.
Information and inquiries
You can learn what we build, inquire about a project and sign up for a launch notice. This site does not have a store, process payments or let you commission a project through the form.
Visiting the page or sending a message does not create a service agreement. Any work requires a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, price, timelines and support.
Proposals and payments
We assess inquiries from Argentina and abroad. Before a project starts, the proposal and corresponding agreement specify the price, currency, applicable taxes, payment method, deposits or milestones, and who bears any payment-processing or transfer fees.
Payments are handled through the methods set out in that agreement, outside this website. The form does not reserve services or create charges. Terms for scope changes, cancellation and refunds, where relevant, are agreed in writing before commissioning work, without limiting mandatory legal rights.
Content and projects
Capabilities describe the types of work we can assess. Projects marked “in development” are not presented as available products. Illustrations explain the process and are not a demonstration of a published application.
We may update the information on the site. If you find an error or need to confirm a detail before moving forward, contact hello@modellegacy.app.
Our own products
Model Legacy applications will have their own terms of use, privacy information and support, available from their websites or listings before use. If an app offers purchases or subscriptions, it will explain applicable prices, billing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms there.
These company website terms do not replace an application’s terms or grant access to its source code. Code delivery mentioned in descriptions of projects for other businesses refers to what is agreed for that work.
Using the site
Use forms for inquiries related to their purpose. Do not send unlawful content, other people’s personal information without permission, or files or messages intended to disrupt the service. Abuse controls may limit repeated submissions.
Intellectual property
Model Legacy’s original content, visual identity and illustrations are protected by applicable law. Third-party components, fonts and materials retain their respective licenses and rights. Ownership and licenses for work created for a project are specified in its agreement.
Platform names and trademarks mentioned on this site belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not imply a commercial relationship or official association.
Availability and external links
The site may be interrupted by maintenance or technical issues. External links lead to services with their own terms and policies. These terms do not exclude liabilities or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Personal information
The privacy policy explains the information processed, purposes, providers and how to exercise your rights. For help with the site, visit support.
Applicable rules and project agreements
The rules applicable to the relationship and the parties’ places of residence apply, including mandatory consumer and personal-data protections where relevant. A project’s governing law and dispute-resolution process are defined in its contract; this page does not impose an exclusive jurisdiction.
Updates
The date on this page identifies the latest revision. Changes to these website terms do not, by themselves, amend existing project agreements.
